Thursday April 7th is our next CVCPA meeting at 7pm in the chorus room. Please come! We will discuss the rest of the years events. PLEASE considering joining as again, we’re losing our PR/Social Media person, Julia as her son and chorus member Aiden is graduating.
We still need some volunteers for Gift Baskets for our raffle at the concert on 20th.
Well, we’re down to one last 9 weeks and what a busy one it is!
Below is the invitation to the Senior recognition dinner dance at Crown Plaza on April 1st. Invitations and payment are due in the chorus room by March 24th. Please have students check their accounts to see if they have funds in their accounts they could use for this event. Parents are invited and welcome!
Meeting of CVCPA on April 7th at 7 pm in the chorus room. We will be discussing /supporting the HS senior recognition Spring concert. Please consider being a Public Relations officer next year, as we are losing long time officer Julia Marple Layton as Aiden moves on to his next adventure! Thank you, Julia!
We will also be planning a car wash to build up the general account fund for next year. Please continue to sell Andy’s pretzels and oreos!
Evening rehearsal for Spring concert is April 19th from 5:55-8:15.
Concert is April 20th. Sign in for students at 6:30.

Our Annual Dinner Dance Senior Recognition at the Crowne Plaza hotel is scheduled for April 1stth. Social time starts at 6 pm with dinner served at 6:15. The evening concludes at 8:30 pm sharp!
Menu is garden greens, dressing, Penne pasta, marinara and alfredo sauce, Italian meatballs, grilled chicken breast strips and cookie / brownie trays. Soda, tea and coffee are also available.
Cost for the evening is $30 a person. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend!
